Events Executive

About the role

Supports the planning, coordination and delivery of Club events, private functions and partnership activities, with ownership of assigned event administration and execution tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate event planning, checklists, schedules and supporting documents.
• Support venue setup, event materials, signage and registration.
• Support event setup, live execution and breakdown.
• Respond to routine event enquiries and assist with registrations/confirmations.
• Maintain event calendars, briefs, function sheets and records.
• Coordinate quotations, supplier documents, purchase requests and invoices.
• Coordinate partnership activations and partner deliverables.
• Communicate event information to relevant internal teams.
• Support attendance reporting and post-event administration.
• Maintain a proactive, organised and member-focused approach.

About you

• Diploma or equivalent in Events, Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related discipline advantageous.
• Relevant events, hospitality or coordination experience preferred.
• Strong organisation, communication, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work flexible event hours.
