About the role

As an Events Executive, you'll play a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering a wide range of events from start to finish. No two days are the same—you'll work closely with clients, vendors and teammates to ensure every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

Salary range: $3700 - $4500

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage event planning from preparation through to execution.
• Liaise with clients, venues, suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth event operations.
• Prepare event timelines, schedules and logistics.
• Source quotations and coordinate procurement of event materials and services.
• Support on-site event setup, coordination and troubleshooting during events.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
• Work closely with internal teams to provide excellent client experiences.
• Assist with post-event reporting and administrative documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Prior experience in events is a bonus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
