Hiring: Events Manager – UAE
We are looking for an experienced Events Manager to manage high-profile private, VIP and corporate events, including events for a senior principal.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end planning and execution of private, VIP & corporate events
- Guest and VIP management
- Venue, supplier and vendor coordination
- Budget management and contract negotiation
- Event logistics, production and on-site execution
- Conferences, launches, receptions, retreats and executive events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Events, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications or related field
- Strong experience in VIP, private and corporate events
- Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
- Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends when required
