Equivalent Hourly Rate: £33.00 - £41.00 per hour

Are you an experienced Events Manager looking for your next challenge? We are working with a prestigious law firm seeking a talented Events professional to join their team on a 12-month temporary assignment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a diverse programme of high-profile client events, conferences, networking functions, and hospitality initiatives that play a key role in supporting business development and client engagement.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Managing end-to-end delivery of in-person, virtual and hybrid events

✅ Working closely with partners, lawyers and BD teams to create impactful client experiences

✅ Managing event budgets, suppliers and venue relationships

✅ Coordinating guest invitations, registrations and attendee communications

✅ Measuring event success and reporting on ROI and engagement

What we're looking for:

Proven Events Management experience, ideally within professional services or legal environments

Exceptional organisational and project management skills

Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced setting

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

A hands-on, proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
