Events Manager (Contract)

Contract: 1 Sep – 30 Oct 2026
Physical Immersion: 22–24 Oct 2026
Event: 27–29 Oct 2026 at MBS
Working Arrangement: Primarily remote, with weekly in-person meetings and on-site attendance as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end planning and coordination of judges and mentors.
• Coordinate invitations, confirmations, scheduling, briefings and programme updates.
• Serve as the main point of contact for judges and mentors.
• Manage judging panels, mentoring sessions and allocation plans.
• Prepare briefing materials and coordinate briefing sessions.
• Manage check-in, attendance and on-site arrangements during event days.
• Liaise with EnterpriseSG, project, protocol, hospitality and event operations teams.
• Handle queries, last-minute changes and replacements.
• Maintain engagement records, consolidate feedback and support post-event reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in stakeholder management, programme coordination or event operations.
• Own laptop required for project work.
