Responsibilities

• Engage with event attendees to promote products and brand messaging through lively demonstrations and interactions
• Collect valuable data from customer interactions to support marketing strategies and improve future campaigns
• Manage social media accounts by sharing real-time updates, photos, and engaging content from events to boost online presence
• Conduct product demos confidently, highlighting features and benefits to attract interest and answer questions effectively
• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional in-person service, addressing inquiries, and fostering positive experiences
• Assist in event setup, branding activities, and ensuring all promotional materials are displayed professionally
• Handle sales transactions when applicable, including promoting products, managing objections, and closing sales with enthusiasm

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail environments is highly desirable for understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service
• Strong communication skills with the ability to public speak confidently in front of diverse audiences
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with a broader demographic
• Proven experience in event marketing or brand promotion is preferred
