Responsibilities

• Set up and manage engaging product demonstrations and promotional displays at events to attract attention and generate interest.
• Actively promote products and brand messaging through in-person interactions, social media management, and live demonstrations.
• Collect valuable customer data during events to support marketing campaigns and improve future outreach efforts.
• Build rapport with attendees by providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and handling sales objections confidently.
• Manage social media accounts by posting real-time updates, engaging with followers, and amplifying event visibility.
• Conduct in-person customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product information, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
• Collaborate with team members to execute event marketing strategies effectively and ensure consistent brand representation across all activities.

Skills

• Previous food service experience or experience working in retail environments is highly advantageous for understanding customer needs.
• Strong data collection skills to accurately record customer interactions and feedback during events.
• Proficiency in social media management tools to enhance event promotion and audience engagement.
• Bilingual abilities are preferred to connect with diverse audiences effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and client communication, to confidently present products and engage customers.
• Knowledge of retail store product details combined with technical proficiency for product demos and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability in customer relationship building, promoting products, branding, sales techniques, and handling objections professionally.
