The role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring that event requirements are accurately communicated and delivered. Key responsibilities include managing event operations, supervising the Events Services team, coordinating venue setup and logistics, monitoring event timelines, resolving operational issues, maintaining service quality standards, and ensuring client satisfaction from pre-event planning through post-event evaluation.
