Events Specialist

Event Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute end-to-end marketing events.
• Coordinate property launches, investor seminars and sales events.
• Manage participation in local and international real estate exhibitions.
• Organise broker engagement events and networking sessions.
• Ensure flawless event execution within agreed timelines.

Vendor & Agency Management

• Coordinate with event agencies, production houses and exhibition organisers.
• Source venues, entertainment, catering and logistics vendors.
• Negotiate quotations and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Supervise vendors during event setup and dismantling.

Marketing Coordination

• Work closely with the creative and digital marketing teams for event branding.
• Coordinate event invitations, registrations and guest communications.
• Ensure all marketing collateral is produced on time.
• Support PR and media activities during events.

Budget Management

• Track event budgets and expenses.
• Ensure procurement follows company policies.
• Maintain vendor payment documentation.
• Deliver events within approved budgets.

Event Reporting

• Prepare post-event reports.
• Track attendance and lead generation.
• Measure ROI against predefined KPIs.
• Document learnings for future improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Event Management, Business or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in event management
• Experience organizing exhibitions, conferences or corporate events.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, luxury brands or B2B events is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence is a plus.
