Events Team Leaders

Lead Our Team at South Australia's Biggest Events Vili's Family Bakery is seeking hands-on Events Team Leaders to support the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across some of South Australia's most recognised events.

With an exciting calendar already filling up for the year ahead, you'll have the opportunity to lead Front of House teams at events including the Adelaide Fringe, Royal Adelaide Show, AFL, AFLW, SANFL, A-League, Suncorp Super Netball, Golf and Motorsport events along with a variety of other festivals and exhibitions throughout the year.

About The Role Reporting to the Events Coordinator, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting event staff, ensuring service areas are customer-ready, coordinating daily operations and maintaining high standards of customer service, presentation and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support Front of House event staff
• Allocate work areas and manage staff breaks
• Oversee service operations to ensure smooth event delivery
• Prepare service areas and cash floats prior to opening
• Coordinate catering orders and customer requests
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and WHS standards
• Support the training and development of team members

About You

• Previous Team Leader or Supervisor experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example in fast-paced environments
• Organised, reliable and proactive
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and undertaking manual handling tasks
