EverLearn-Company Driver

The Company Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services for team members and company-related activities. The role includes performing official company errands, ensuring the proper maintenance of assigned vehicles, and complying with all traffic laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport team members and company representatives to designated locations.
• Perform company errands, including the delivery and collection of documents, materials, supplies, and other business-related items.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers according to approved schedules.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues, damages, or maintenance requirements.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, presentable, and in good operating condition at all times.
• Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance activities.
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Assist with vehicle registration, insurance renewals, emission testing, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with the Facilities and Administration team regarding transportation schedules and logistical requirements.
• Support emergency transportation needs and other duties as assigned by management.
