• The Executive Vice President (EVP) is primarily responsible for the company’s overall business strategy, operational management, market expansion, and cross-departmental coordination. The role involves driving the commercial development of blockchain technology and digital asset platforms, as well as enhancing operational efficiency, market competitiveness, and long-term profitability.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the company’s long-term development strategy and annual business plans.
• Oversee core business operations and optimize organizational structure and internal management processes.
• Drive the development and innovation of blockchain, Web3, and digital asset-related businesses.
• Lead business development, strategic partnerships, and market development teams.
• Manage operational budgets, business performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Establish strategic partnerships with technology partners, investment firms, and industry companies.
• Collaborate with the CEO and senior management team to drive sustained corporate growth and achieve strategic objectives.

• Qualifications:
• At least 15 years of management experience in the technology, internet, fintech, or blockchain industries.
• Extensive experience in senior management or leading large teams.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, the Web3 ecosystem, and digital asset business models.
• Excellent strategic planning, corporate operations, and business development skills.
• Outstanding team leadership, business negotiation, and cross-departmental coordination skills.

Pay: $286,000.00 - $368,000.00 per hour
