We have an urgent opening for EVP Facilities with one of our well known real estate client in Gurgaon

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end facilities management services for residential buildings, including soft services such as housekeeping, security, maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Oversee technical services like HVAC, electricals, plumbing, fire fighting systems, lifts (elevators), DG sets (diesel generators), UPS (uninterruptible power supplies) etc.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards by conducting regular inspections and audits.
• Develop and implement effective facility administration processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts for various services.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-24 years of experience in Facility Operations & Maintenance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including residents, vendors, contractors etc.
