EVSE BD Manager

Job Description

• Identify strategic areas (B2B and B2B2C) for growth and develop go-to-market strategy to drive the MSI EVSE product line (AC Mode 2, Mode 3, and DC Fast Chargers).
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, deeply understand customer demand, and actively track key account activities.
• Conduct product hardware and software solution demonstrations to present the full MSI solution portfolio, with a proven ability to lead and close end-to-end commercial deals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, PM, FAE, and fulfillment teams to deliver competitive RFP proposals and achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Collect customer feedback (Voice of Customer) to help optimize hardware/software designs from both technological and market demand standpoints.
• Gather and report market intelligence related to EVSE business development, industry trends, and competitor activities to HQ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven records in B2B sales, technical sales and channel management experiences in EVSE, Solar/PV, or clean energy-related sectors in Thailand.
• Familiarity with EV charger electrical standards, regulatory frameworks, and grid requirements in Thailand (e.g., TISI, PEA/MEA regulations).
• Native Thai speaker with business-level / fluent English proficiency to ensure smooth communication with MSI HQ.
• Willingness to travel across Thailand per requirement
