Looking for a permanent role where no two projects are the same?

Spectra Recruitment is looking for an experienced EWP HR Driver / Operator to join a growing team working on projects across Australia. This is a permanent opportunity with extensive training provided for the right person. You’ll be travelling to different project locations, operating EWP equipment and working across a range of construction and project environments.**

ABOUT THE COMPANY

You’ll be joining a well-established national business specialising in truck-mounted elevated work platforms and access equipment. Operating across Australia, the company supports major projects across industries including infrastructure, power, renewables, telecommunications, construction and mining. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established team, receive extensive specialist training of up to three months, and build a long-term career operating highly specialised EWP equipment across projects nationwide.

WHAT'S ON OFFER 💰

• Up to $45.68 per hour + penalties
• $126 LAHA when applicable
• $25 per day travel allowance

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING 🚧

• Driving and operating EWP attached to HR truck
• Travelling to project sites across Australia
• Setting up and safely operating equipment on site
• Completing pre-starts and equipment checks
• Working closely with site teams to complete projects safely and efficiently
• Following site-specific safety procedures and requirements
• Representing the business professionally while working on client sites

YOU MUST HAVE 👇

• HR Truck Licence - (MR is a lower rate with chance to gain HR licence)
• EWP Ticket
• White Card
• Current CPR (desirable)
• Working at Heights
• Confined Spaces (desirable)
• Previous construction, civil, EWP or machine operating experience
• Comfortable travelling and working away from home
• Ability to complete a driving history check
• Ability to complete a drug & alcohol test
• Strong commitment to safety
• Reliable, flexible and willing to learn

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being out on the road and doesn't want to be stuck working at the same location every day.
