About the role

Exotica Umami (EX M) is a revolutionary multi-functional umami sauce developed in Hong Kong with no direct competitors in the market. We are expanding from high-end dining into the mass-market dining sector and seeking an energetic Sales Manager willing to conduct in-person restaurant visits (cold calling and face-to-face sales).

Key responsibilities

• Proactively visit restaurants (in-person cold calling and direct engagement)
• Conduct product demonstrations and tastings on-site
• Secure trial orders and convert them into regular monthly recurring orders
• Build and manage your own customer pipeline
• Provide market feedback to help optimise our plans

About you

• Strong communication skills, sales techniques and resilience (prior cold calling or sales experience preferred but not required)
• Self-motivated ability to proactively engage restaurants and communicate with owners or chefs
• Fluent Cantonese; English proficiency preferred
• Good personal image
• Passionate about food and sales
