Warehouse and Inventory In charge to take care of our daily inventory management, stock control, and warehouse reconciliations. In this role, you will ensure accurate inventory reporting, optimize stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and maintain efficient supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities • Stock Management & Control: Monitor stock levels across warehouses/stores to prevent overstocking, stockouts, or inventory obsolescence. • Audit & Reconciliation: Lead daily/weekly physical stock audits, cycle counts, and periodic inventory reconciliations against system records (ERP/WMS). • Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate variances between physical stock and system data, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures. • Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Supervise receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch operations to ensure accurate counts and undamaged goods. • Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, procurement teams, and logistics partners for smooth inventory replenishment and returns management. • ERP & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, or custom WMS) and generate daily/monthly KPI reports on stock age, turnover rate, and shrinkage. • Process Improvement: Implement best practices for stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO), space utilization, and warehouse safety standards.
