Executive Personal Security Opportunity

A Private Business Group in Karachi is hiring disciplined, physically fit and professionally trained Pakistan Army SSG Commandos for the position of Personal Security Guard / CEO Protocol Guard.

This is a dedicated personal security and executive protection position, not a conventional security-guard role.

We are specifically seeking SSG personnel who are:

• Due to retire within the next 1–2 months, OR
• Recently retired within the last 6–12 months

The selected candidate will be assigned to the CEO's personal security and protocol team and will accompany the CEO during business and personal movements.

Key Duties

• Provide dedicated personal security to the CEO
• Accompany the CEO during daily movements
• Perform personal guard and close-protection duties
• Provide security during office visits, meetings and events
• Maintain situational awareness during movements
• Assist with CEO protocol and movement coordination
• Coordinate with drivers and other security personnel
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding movements and activities
• Follow established security procedures and instructions
• Maintain a professional appearance, discipline and punctuality
• Remain available according to the assigned duty schedule

Strict Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Have formally served in Pakistan Army Special Service Group (SSG)
• Be retiring within the next 1–2 months OR have retired within the last 6–12 months
• Have a clean and verifiable service record
• Be physically fit and active
• Be disciplined, alert and dependable
• Be comfortable performing personal guard and CEO protocol duties
• Be willing to work a 24-hour duty schedule
• Be based in Karachi or willing to relocate

General Army personnel, civilian guards and candidates without verified SSG service should not apply.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

• Zarrar Company
• SSG Commando Battalions
• Specialist SSG formations
• VIP / VVIP Protection
• Close Protection
• Personal Security
• Protocol Security
• Executive Protection

Duty Schedule

24-Hour Duty

1 Day Off After Every 15 Days
