What they need
- Manage and support Oracle Exadata and ExaCC environments
- Perform Exadata patching, maintenance updates, and lifecycle management
- Monitor and optimize Exadata storage, compute, and networking components
- Support capacity planning, performance tuning, and high availability initiatives
- Collaborate with Oracle Support for complex incidents and escalations
- Administer and support Oracle Database environments 19c, 21c, and newer versions
- Manage Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, GoldenGate, RMAN Backup, and Recovery solutions
- Perform database installations, upgrades, migrations, cloning, refresh, and decommissioning activities
- Troubleshoot database performance issues and implement proactive tuning recommendations
- Ensure database security compliance and adherence to enterprise standards
