Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Excavation Laborer to support our equipment operators and crew leaders on active excavation and site work job sites. This role is hands-on, physically demanding, and performed outdoors in varying weather conditions, ideal for someone with prior construction experience who takes pride in hard work and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Valid Connecticut driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous construction and/or site work experience required
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions
- Rake and shovel
- Operate power tools
- Use a laser level
- Operate compaction equipment
- Reliable transportation to and from our shop in Moodus, CT
- Willingness to travel throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well as part of a team
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
