Excavator Operator

Looking to Hire an excavate operator that has experience digging foundations for new homes.

Mandatory requirements.

-G license and ability to travel to and from site when needed

• Read and write fluent English

-read blueprints/job site plans, understanding how to check benchmarks

-ability to set up and use Top con laser system

Additional requirements not mandatory, but of value

• 3years plus running a 25 ton or higher class excavator

-Experience with Caterpillar 2D laser benching system

-Experience in other equipment

Summary

As an Excavator Operator, you will be essential in executing construction projects with precision and efficiency. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, your core skills in excavator operation, heavy equipment handling, and construction practices will be vital for successful project completion. Your premium skills in dozer and loader operation, along with mechanical knowledge, will enhance your performance on the job. Additionally, proficiency in blueprint reading and relevant experience with Caterpillar equipment will contribute to your effectiveness in this role. Responsibilities

• Operate excavators and other heavy equipment to perform excavation tasks on construction sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate operations and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Assist in the operation of dozers, loaders, and backhoes as needed to support project goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.33-$41.75 per hour
