Excavator Operator

First North Enterprise is seeking an experienced and motivated Excavator Operator to join our growing construction team.

We are looking for a skilled professional with a minimum of 10 years of excavator operating experience who takes pride in their work, works well under pressure, and is interested in building a long-term career with a growing company.

QUALLIFIFCATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 10 years of excavator operating experience
• Extensive experience operating excavators safely, efficiently, and accurately
• Experience operating excavators with various attachments and hydraulic heads, adapting to the requirements of each project
• Ability to confidently switch between different attachments and equipment as required
• Strong ability to listen, follow directions, and carry out instructions accurately and efficiently
• Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments and demanding project timelines
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain productivity while working under tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptable and willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities
• Willingness to continue learning and developing skills within the company
• Valid driver's licence and applicable certifications considered an asset
