Ragawang Corporation Sdn Bhd is looking for a skilled and responsible Excavator Operator to join our construction team.

If you are an experienced operator who knows how to handle heavy machinery safely, efficiently and with care, we want to hear from you!

🔧 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate excavator safely and efficiently at construction/project sites.
• Carry out excavation, earthwork, trenching, loading, levelling and other assigned works.
• Operate the excavator according to site conditions, work instructions and project requirements.
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and ensure the machine is in good and safe working condition.
• Report any machine defects, abnormalities or maintenance issues to the Site Supervisor/Management.
• Ensure proper handling and use of the excavator to minimise damage and unnecessary downtime.
• Follow all site safety rules, procedures and instructions.
• Work closely with Site Supervisors, Engineers and other site workers to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic care of the excavator.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance and inspection when required.
• Perform other duties related to site operations as assigned by Management.

🎯 REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating excavators in construction/site projects.

• Valid DOSH/JKKP competency certificate/licence for excavator operation.

• Valid CIDB Green Card.

• Experienced in excavation, earthwork, trenching and general construction activities.

• Good understanding of machine safety and site safety requirements.

• Able to operate machinery carefully and responsibly.

• Able to follow instructions and work well with the site team.

• Willing to work overtime when required.

• Immediate availability is an advantage.

💰 SALARY & BENEFITS

💵 Salary: RM [3,000 – 4,500] per month
Salary will be commensurate with experience, skills and competency.
