POSITION: Excavator Operator/Labourer

We're looking for an experienced excavator operator, primarily operating 1.7 to 3.5 tonne machines. The role also involves laboring as required—it's all part of the job. Most work is within road reserves, so safe excavation around existing services is essential.

LOCATION: Bay of Plenty

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As our workload expands, we are seeking hardworking and reliable civil workers to join our Tauranga Branch. The successful candidate will be energetic, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in a small team within a challenging project-based environment. Quality, efficiency, and safety are paramount.

Fieldwork may involve varying weather conditions and construction environments. Physical stamina and the ability to navigate construction sites are essential, along with good communication.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Energetic and safety-conscious.

Minimum full Class 2 licence.

Ability to work effectively in a close-knit team.

Previous experience in similar positions.

Good communication skills.

Strong organisational skills and reliability.

Drug free with the ability to pass random drug tests.
