13 Tonne Excavator Operator and Combo Operator – Full Time

Northside , Southside and Sunshine Coast

Dodge Civil Contracting is seeking experienced, qualified and reliable 13 Tonne Excavator Operator, and Posi Track & Excavator Operators to join our well-established team. This is an excellent opportunity for operators looking for stable, long-term employment on long term projects located across Brisbane and Sunshine Coast.

The Candidate

Essential Requirements

• Final Trim experience
• GPS for 13 Tonne Excavator
• Current HR or MC Truck Licence
• Current White/Blue Card
• Posi Track operating experience
• Current Posi Track and Excavator tickets (RII preferred but not essential)
• Strong understanding of site safety and compliance
• Ability to complete paperless dockets and forms via phone app
• Reliable, punctual and responsible team player
• Respectful of equipment, machinery and fellow workers

Preferred

• RIW & WET cards (training available for the right candidate)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

The Role

• Full-time position
• Long-term project work with consistent hours and stable work locations
• Operating Posi Track and Excavator machinery on long term projects
• Above award hourly rates plus penalties
• Serviced and insured company vehicle after probation period
