Participate in all stages of the development process, including code review, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Demonstrate strong proficiency in modern application development across frontend and backend technologies, with the ability to work within existing codebases and improve overall quality. Implement unit testing practices, increase code coverage to 80%+, and identify, debug, and resolve application issues and technical debt. Collaborate effectively with developers, QA testers, and other stakeholders, and clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
