HIRING: Exchange Associate
Work Location:
LBC Central Exchange Warehouse C-5 Extension Road, Brgy. Moonwalk, Parañaque City (Beside SM Central Warehouse. Landmark: Petron Gas Station)
Salary:
NCR minimum wage
Contract Duration:
October 15, 2026 – January 15, 2027 (Fixed Contract)
Schedule of Duty:
Flexible Shifting Schedule (Morning / Night Shifts)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School Graduate or College Undergrad
- Willing to work a flexible schedule
- Open to attending face-to-face meetings
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Withdraw shipments from the airlines.
- Receive incoming corporate shipments.
- Scan In / Scan Out shipments (DST shipments and corporate shipments).
- Process and turn over shipments to DST Shuttlers.
- Forward V-Cargo shipments to PALEX.
- Process and forward shipments to Visayas and Mindanao DC via Filler.
- Send pre-alerts for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Send discrepancy/rejected shipment lists flagged by airlines.
- Monitor inquiries regarding shipment discrepancies.
