Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage exchange transactions from initiation through completion.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
• Monitor transaction timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Review and maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and compliance records.
• Track exchange activity and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background.
