• Coordinate daily excursion schedules and operational activities.
• Confirm tour availability, transportation arrangements, guides, and supplier allocations.
• Ensure all excursion programs are accurately loaded and maintained within operational systems.
• Monitor excursion capacities and coordinate additional resources when required.
• Prepare daily operational reports and tour manifests.
• Provide guests with detailed information regarding excursion products and services.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, cancellations, and service recovery activities.
• Coordinate with transportation providers, tour operators, guides, attractions, and other service providers.
• Verify supplier service delivery according to contractual agreements and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Travel Operations, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in tourism, excursions, destination management, travel operations, customer service, or hospitality operations.
• Experience coordinating tours or guest activities is preferred.
• Experience working with external suppliers and service providers is an advantage.
• Advanced English level.
