Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Brand Strategy, Strategic Planning, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and insight-driven Brand Strategy Manager to develop brand strategies, positioning, communication frameworks, and integrated campaigns for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brands, consumers, culture, and market dynamics, along with the ability to turn insights into clear and actionable strategic direction. The role involves working closely with clients, creative teams, account management, digital, content, and other specialist teams to develop impactful brand solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Understand client business challenges, brand objectives, target audiences, and competitive landscapes.
• Conduct consumer, category, competitor, and market research to identify relevant insights and opportunities.
• Develop brand positioning, value propositions, brand narratives, communication strategies, and messaging frameworks.
• Translate consumer insights into clear strategic and creative briefs.
• Work closely with Creative, Account Management, Digital, Social Media, Content, and other teams to develop integrated campaigns.
• Provide strategic direction throughout the campaign development and execution process.
• Develop campaign platforms, communication territories, strategic recommendations, and pitch presentations.
• Present strategic thinking and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Identify emerging consumer, cultural, media, and industry trends and assess their relevance to brands.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and develop actionable recommendations based on performance and insights.
• Contribute to new business pitches, credentials presentations, and strategic proposals.
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as a strategic partner on their brand and communication requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the strategy team.
