Executing Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Facilitate Court Writ Enforcement

2. Coordinate closely with Ex-Officio and Branch Court Sheriffs to ensure timely service of the Writ and demand for payment, implementation and enforcement of writs of execution, levy and garnishment and other lawful court orders;

3. Provide Sheriffs with precise, actionable data (Current assets, whereabouts of the borrower) to implement Garnishments or Levies on Personal Property.

4. Draft and process Returns in reporting with the Courts.

B. Asset Verification

1. Assist in identifying, locating, securing and documenting the assets and properties of debtors that are subject to execution and other lawful remedies; (Within and Outside Metro Manila)
2. Investigate the financial status of judgment debtors by checking real estate records at the Registry of Deeds or corporate encumbrances at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
3. Identify vehicles or heavy equipment subject to the company's chattel mortgages through the Land Transportation Office (LTO) or the Registry of Deeds (UCC/PPSA registries).

C. Manage Levied Property Logistics

1. Serve as the company's point of contact for the physical transport, towing, and storage of items legally seized by Court Sheriffs.
2. Assist the Sheriff in preparing for the Notice of Sale and the subsequent Public Auction of levied properties to recover unpaid loan amounts.
3. Ensure proper accounting of auction proceeds and see to it that the court issues a formal Satisfaction of Judgment.

D.

1. Ensure all collection steps strictly respect Philippine laws, specifically avoiding unfair collection practices or harassment.
2. Maintain clean and precise case documentation in the company's loan-tracking system for internal and judicial audit purposes.
