Execution Manager Davao- Urgent!

Trinitas Food Corporation is looking for a highly driven Execution Manager who can turn strategy, management decisions, and CEO priorities into measurable results.

This is not an administrative assistant role.

You will work closely with the CEO and management team to make sure that important decisions do not remain in meetings or presentations. You will translate priorities into clear action plans, assign accountability, track execution through Asana, identify bottlenecks, follow up with responsible managers, and ensure commitments are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate CEO and management priorities into clear execution plans.

• Convert objectives into measurable deliverables, KPIs, owners, and deadlines.

• Manage and maintain company-wide execution tracking through Asana.

• Follow up with department heads and managers on agreed commitments.

• Track overdue, blocked, and at-risk projects and action items.

• Require evidence of completion rather than relying only on verbal updates.

• Identify execution bottlenecks and escalate unresolved issues to the CEO.

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, HR, Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Training, Audit, and other departments.

• Prepare concise weekly and monthly execution reports for the CEO.

• Ensure corrective actions and management commitments are followed through to completion.

• Help build a culture of ownership, accountability, discipline, and execution throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• MBA required.

• Preferably at least 5 years of experience in operations, project management, PMO, strategy execution, business transformation, management consulting, or a related field.

• Strong hands-on experience with Asana is required.

• Strong knowledge of KPIs, OKRs, project management, and performance tracking.

• Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel/Google Sheets.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable following up with and challenging managers professionally.

• Highly organized, disciplined, and results-oriented.

• Able to manage multiple priorities across different businesses.

• Willing to work on-site in Davao City and conduct field visits when required.
