Job Objectives

1) MRP

• Deliver Direct Import Material OTIF with good quality to the BU and secure Launch NPD and Promotion network timeline also control & minimize Inventory and Business waste
• Monitor Order, Shipment and Inventory in weekly basis
• Create PR-PO-IBD
• Call off PSMP and WPC

2) PPDS

• Review past week missed output/volumes
• Confirm and check RMPM with MRP planner to review stock RPM(Mat status) to adjust plan to clear stock and keep under plan base on MPS planner require.
• Review and adjust current week’s plan to include missed output/volumes from past week
• Share updated plan with MPS planner (Monday) and distribute WPS to all concern.
• Manually plot data points from MPS into excel file and include export/local tagging
• Share excel file to centralized MRP (CMRP) team to confirm feasibility of RMPM requirements
• Adjust excel file based on inputs from MRP planners
• Share updated WPS plan to MPS planner/Production team
• Conduct the meeting with MPS planner and Production to review WPS plan
• Confirm final WPS via email (share updates with key stakeholders (e.g supply, MRP, MPS, quality etc))
• Conduct pallet planning (Share requirements of Pallets to Warehouse Team) by sharing pallet requirement in share file. exculding manage the pallet shortage
• Delete any pre-existing plan orders from SAP and create new plan orders for WK01
• Send final WPS to CG team to convert plan orders into process orders and recheck.

3) Transition Management

• Master data creation
• Turndown FG stock, material and fix last order
• Stock situation

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain fields
• Bachelor Degree or higher (preferably in Science)
• Planning, Material and/or Factory background skills
• IC Way: positive energy, willing to grow, responsive, and flexible
