Responsibilities:

1.     Invoicing &Processing: Generate, send, and process customer invoices accurately and on time.

2.     Invoice verification: Verify and validate supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness before processing payments.

3.     Collaboration: Work with branches, and other departments to resolve issues impacting receivables.

4.     Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance AR and AP processes and efficiency.

5.     Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Management from time to time to support the effective fulfilment of the job purpose.
