What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop, grow, and penetrate designated enterprise accounts to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
• Identify business opportunities and maintain a proactive approach to driving growth within assigned accounts
• Engage with C-level executives, understand client needs and pain points, and deliver innovative solutions aligned with strategic priorities
• Provide professional advice and solutions focused on Agentic Automation, Cybersecurity, and Smart Workstyle; prepare compelling proposals and executive-level presentations
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and deliver after-sales support to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and ongoing value
• Stay informed on industry trends, IT technology developments, and business optimization practices to provide consultative insights

Who We’re Looking For

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of sales and account management experience serving commercial enterprise clients, with proven track records, preferably in the IT industry
• Strong knowledge and market intelligence in IT solutions, combined with consultative selling skills, particularly in agentic automation, cybersecurity, and smart workplace technologies
• Highly motivated, achievement-driven, and eager to take on challenges
• Positive, customer-focused, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Securities Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security Rule, Policies and procedures at all time.
• Responsible for maintaining security of all FUJIFILM Business Innovation information entrusted to and not limiting to proper classification & handling of FUJIFILM Business Innovation documents and records.
• Complete Information Security training and awareness program on regular basis and possess enough knowledge to adhere to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security requirements.
• Responsible for identifying, reporting and complying with Information Security Incident & Reporting Procedure.
• Failing to comply with the security policies could be subject to disciplinary action, potentially including termination of employment or contract and/or prosecution.
