What they need
- Process supplier invoices and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Perform 3-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice) and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle Goods Receiving (GRN) and coordinate with Operations/Warehouse for physical receipt confirmation.
- Manage supplier payment issues and follow up with relevant parties.
- Ensure supplier-side SST and exemption are properly managed and documented.
- Maintain Fixed Assets (FA) listing and related records.
- Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve outstanding items.
- Support cost control and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Pay: From RM2,700.00 per month
