Executive Account Payable

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounts payable process, including receiving, verifying, recording, and processing invoices.
• Ensure invoices and payment requests are properly matched with purchase orders, delivery orders, and supporting documents.
• Prepare payment vouchers and payment schedules for management approval.
• Monitor outstanding payables and ensure timely payments to suppliers and service providers.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancies or billing issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and supporting documents.
• Assist with month-end closing, account reconciliation, and preparation of financial reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers regarding invoices, payments, and documentation.
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies, accounting procedures, and applicable statutory requirements.
• Perform other accounting and ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in accounts payable or accounting is an advantage.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and invoice/payment processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
