Executive, Account Receivable & Treasury

PT Target Media Nusantara is looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Executive, Finance to drive our company's operational excellence. This role focuses on the precision of our accounts receivable and treasury functions, for those who excel at managing end-to-end invoicing, navigating corporate banking platforms, and ensuring the highest standards for our financial infrastructure.

Job Description

• Execute efficient invoicing and payment processes according to established SOPs to support seamless business operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage technical needs related to collections, treasury, and banking requirements.
• Take responsibility for maintaining the accuracy and health of the AR database, ensuring timely collection and effective aging management to minimize outstanding receivables.
• Execute daily cash flow monitoring and maintain adequate liquidity to support the company’s operational activities and strategic plans.
• Manage and resolve reporting requirements for AR and treasury activities, providing clear insights through periodic financial documentation.
• Generate accurate audit documentation, including receivable and bank confirmations, to ensure compliance with external regulatory standards.

Skills/Capabilities

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Has 1–2 years of experience in AR, Treasury, or finance functions. The more the merrier!

• Previous experience in Indonesian tax administration (specifically the Coretax system) is a plus!

• Has strong knowledge of corporate banking platforms, particularly BCA and other payment processing systems.

• Has strong analytical thinking skills and a highly detail-oriented approach to accuracy and documentation.

• Highly motivated, disciplined in following SOPs, and able to work effectively within tight financial reporting and payment schedules.

• Has good communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams, clients, vendors, etc.

• Has a strong sense of integrity, accountability, and responsibility in handling confidential financial information.

• Must be fluent in English (conversational level).
