Executive - Account Receivable

Position: Executive - Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

• Responsible for day-to-day accounting
• To ensure invoices are raised on a timely basis Accounts receivable
• Understanding and application TDS, GST and other compliance related to accounts receivables
• Following up with respective teams for customer invoices and booking in the Oracle Fusion
• Following up for the payments from debtors
• Support in audit functions (Statutory audit, Tax audit, GST audit, Internal audit)
• Bank reconciliation
• Preparation of timely reconciliation with respect to the accounting data
• Timely closing of books of accounts and preparation of schedules with respect to expenses/balance sheet
• Preparation of income accrual and related MIS on monthly basis

Requirements:

• MBA/MCOM/ CA Foundation with upto 3 years of experience
• knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Accounting Software (Tally and Oracle).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Working experience with CA firm is preferred
• Ind AS knowledge is preferred
