About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Executive to join our finance team. You will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP principles.
• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all financial transactions and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, presenting findings to key stakeholders.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for external auditors, facilitating audit requests and providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' of professional accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles, financial reporting requirements, and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
