Record and maintain all financial transactions in accounting software.

Prepare journal entries, ledger reconciliations, and trial balances.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Verify and process vendor bills, transporter invoices, and customer payments.

Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate for collections.Role & responsibilities

Prepare monthly MIS reports and management reports.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Generate reports on revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
