Job Responsibilities

• Maintain daily financial transactions, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure the accuracy of accounting in all transactions entered into the system and verify that they are posted prior to the month-end.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to aid management in decision making.
• Focus on building strong coordination with all kinds of vendors and keep the reporting clear and up-to-date.
• Arrange all necessary documentation concerning bank loans and other official requirements.
• Any additional projects assigned by the HoD concerning Accounts and Finance functions.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Perform monthly physical inventory audits.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Experience:
• Education: bachelor of business administration in accounting
• Skills: accounting, finance management, financial accounting, financial management, corporate finance, financial controls, budgeting and financial management
