Executive, Accounts

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily financial and accounting operations, including accounts receivable (AR) & accounts payable (AP) and treasury tasks
• Review, process and verify supplier invoices and employee expense claims accurately and on schedule
• Execute timely payments to vendors, authorities and internal staff
• Maintain complete, organised and up-to-date accounting files and financial records
• Update the cash book regularly and perform routine bank reconciliations
• Support the annual financial audit process, including coordinating requirements and liaising directly with external auditors and bankers
• Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and administrative duties as assigned

About you

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Relevant experience in accounting, preferably within the property development industry
• Experience in handling accounts payable (AP) & accounts receivable (AR), treasury and payment processing
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with Advellsoft / KPA accounting systems would be an advantage
• Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English
• Good organisational skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
