Executive - Accounts

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP / accounting software.
• Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries, and expense transactions.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain vendor, contractor, customer, and project-wise accounts.
• Track outstanding payments and receivables and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Support project-wise expense tracking and cost accounting for real estate projects.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, project, administration, and finance teams.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all accounting transactions.

Real Estate -Specific Responsibilities

• Maintain project-wise accounting and expense records.
• Track payments to contractors, vendors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Verify contractor bills against work orders, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
• Monitor project-related advances and their adjustments.
• Coordinate with project teams for supporting documents and expense approvals.
