Executive Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling day-to-day accounting entries related to taxation in Tally
• Preparing and filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)
• Assisting in TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings
• Ensuring timely payment of statutory dues and compliance with tax regulations
• Maintaining proper records and documentation related to taxation
• Supporting audits, assessments, and notices from tax authorities
• Performing data analysis and reconciliation using Advanced Excel

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong working knowledge of Tally
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data reconciliation)
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
