Executive, Accounts

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, management account, and internal reports including analysis of financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain general ledger, fixed assets and intercompany transactions.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and AMP documents including slides for Board and challenge meetings.
• Reconcile financial transactions such as accruals, pre-payments and intercompany balances, ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
• Manage audit schedules, draft audited financial statements and liaise with auditors.
• Provide supporting documents and respond to audit and tax related queries.
• Perform other finance related duties and ad hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance or other relevant qualification such as MICPA, CIMA or ACCA.
• Minimum 2-3 years in accounting, preferably with exposure of full set of accounts.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in the construction or property development industry would be added advantage .
