KLM Assets Fin is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage branch accounting operations, financial reconciliations, and transaction documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting activities and monitor branch-level financial transactions.
• Prepare and verify Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage deposit registration, verification, approvals, and documentation.
• Execute NACH mandate uploads and maintain updated records.
• Track cheque movements and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with branch teams to collect financial reports and supporting documents within deadlines.
• Review accounting records, identify irregularities, and support timely corrective action.
• Maintain accurate financial data in accordance with established accounting procedures and internal controls.

Candidate Profile:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts or Finance & Accounts.
• Experience in NBFC, Chit Fund, Banking, or Financial Services preferred.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Candidates from Angamaly and nearby locations preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
