EXECUTIVE, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

About the Role

We are looking for an Executive, Accounts Payable to support accounts payable operations and finance-related activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for invoice processing, payment preparation, financial documentation, reporting support, and other finance assignments to ensure smooth business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and record transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Assist in payment preparation and related documentation.
• Maintain proper filing and financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Support budgeting, audit, and month-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Provide support for finance, accounting, and reporting assignments as required by Management.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or Finance, or a related field
• 2-3 years’ experiences in an Accounting, Account Payable and Audit role background in oil & gas, energy, or related industries will be added advantage.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, e-invoice, AP processes and financial reporting.
• Having good proficient in Microsoft Excel and business writing skill
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills
• Having high level of integrity, ability to work independently, commitment towards work and collaboratively across department

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
