About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and versatile professional to manage our new Bangalore showroom, lead guest relations and client hospitality, and handle day-to-day administrative operations. This role calls for a proactive multitasker with exceptional attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a consistently polished, well-groomed presence, ensuring every client interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing guest relations and client hospitality at the showroom
• Coordinating and hosting client visits, meetings and training sessions
• Ensuring a seamless and professional guest experience
• Independently managing day-to-day showroom and office administration
• Overseeing administrative coordination for the Hyderabad showroom and Chennai office (remotely, with physical visits when required)
• Working closely with internal teams for hospitality, travel and administrative requirements
• Supporting employee engagement activities
