Key Responsibilities
- Visitor management as well as the management of the reception area and calls
- Manage incoming/outgoing courier and mail
- Data entry for Sales Order (SO) daily
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Track and order office supplies/stationery
- Housekeeping staff and pantry/office management
Skills Required
- Data entry speed and accuracy
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic computer proficiency
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years relevant experience (freshers may apply)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
